Great Job Saramck - Keep up the great work!! And what an exciting vacation you have planned. Today is Day 15 Cycle 1 and I've lost another 2 pds, so 7 since starting the 17dd, and 12 all together. It is "that time" for me so I think I may have some extra water weight this morning as well. Feeling good, and looking forward to cycle 2 so I can change things up a bit. Found myself mindlessly popping a carmel candy in my mouth last night, good news is it didn't taste great too sweet in fact and I had no desire for another!! That is progress for me!!

Keep on Sparkin'

Susan

Me again. emoticon Another pound lost, 20lbs in total. Wish it had been more this week but trying as hard as I can and sticking to the diet completely. Also gone back to the gym and had two days in Hotel celebrating 25th wedding anniversary so resisted lots of temptations. Wish it had shown on scales more...still, 20lbs not bad loss given it is five weeks today that I started this diet. Back on cycle one for a few days then a real challenge as off to Egypt on Nile Cruise and Hotel stay. Will be very hard to stay on track but will try.

Weigh in this morning on UK scales so really hoping they said good things and did not differ too much from France scales....anyway, weighed three pounds less than this time last week so really happy....know it will slow down now but feeling better. To gym today, first time in weeks as been away, and two people commented I had definitely lost weight without me saying a thing about being on a diet...cant be bad Thank goodness for Spark people and the 17 day diet. Hard when travelling back but on course completely again today so hope for another two pounds next week. Fingers crossed.

OK so today is Cycle 1 Day 8. After a full week on the diet I've lost 4 lbs (and I lost 6 in the two weeks before the diet). I would say I've been 95% good, but a few of those days I may have taken a bite or two that I shouldn't have. I'm feeling great and find this way of eating very easy. The cravings are diminishing (I think I will always crave sweet and salt), however, the urge to resist is easier. Love the amount of info I gain on a daily basis from this team!!

Keep on Sparking on :))

Weigh in today and pleased to say I have lost another three pounds...now over my first stone (UK-14lbs) plus. Never happened before in just three weeks emoticon on any of the many diets I have tried. Onward and upward...was my birthday week so glad I resisted temptation.

Congrats, girl!! If I can do it at age 70, you can do it at age 64!! But - you are right - processed carbs (like cake) are something we just don't need......and we're certainly not doing our bodies any favors by forcing the stuff into them.......

Have a very happy birthday, or as we say in Hawaiian - Hau'oli La Hanau!!!

Well just finished week two of cycle one and found it hard...had a blip on Sunday when out for dinner...however, have now lost another 3 1/2 lbs so not far off my first stone which will be so amazing. My birthday on Sunday, 64 years old, so must stay away from the cake!!! Pleased. ps althoug my tracker shows kg I am actually weighing in pounds..does anyone else find this confusing?? I am often at a loss when reading other peoples trackers too.
