Thank you so much, everybody!!!!

But I should clarify -- my treadmill only did 27:28 minutes. *I* did 30! LOLOLOL!!! The darned thing died on me so I had to fast walk around my house to get the rest of it in. My kids wondered what I was trying to "run" from! LOL

WTG Julie! That's awesome. I had to get use to the treadmill too and now I love it. The elliptical stills does me in though. LOL Maybe some day I will conquer that one.

Despite this STUPID HEADACHE that I've been dragging around off and on for a week now (probably hormones and weather), I hit a big milestone I've been working so hard to reach!

I did 30 minutes on the treadmill today!!!!! Woo hoo!!!!!

I started with 5 minutes a day on May 14th and thought that little bit was going to kill me, send me straight into cardiac arrest. But I kept at it and added a few more minutes each week. Today, I FINALLY made it to 30 minutes!!! I am so so so PROUD of myself!!
