Thanks, Gabby! I'll have to remember to look for those when I'm on C1 again! Jennie O makes a lot of wonderful turkey products, in my opinion.

So sorry and It's not something that can be mailed LOL. Maybe you have something similar - just a different brand. It's in a package that resembles a marinated pork loin.

I love these! You can even put it in a slow cooker...throw some veggies in on top and you've got a tasty meal ready when you get home. YUM!

I wasn't sure where to put this so everyone saw it, and then I realized it was sooo good it deserved it's own topic.

I'm C1D8 Rd2 and I've had chicken every day. Today I put a Jennie O Savory Roast Turkey Breast Tenderloin on the grill (you can do it in the oven) and It was so darn good. It was so moist and juicy and savory and tasty and not so "turkey" tasting. I bought it when it was on sale (a buy one get one free special). I'm so glad that I have another one in the freezer, but a different flavor I think.

After eating it, I thought for sure that since it was so delicious, the marinade it was in, was probably loaded with all kinds of chemicals and sodium and fat; but when I looked at the nutrition facts I discovered that it was "all natural". I know that those are buzz words for even "natural" chemicals; but there was nothing that I couldn't pronounce.

Here are the facts:
4 oz serving
Calories 100
Total Fat 1g
Cholesterol 45
Sodium 510 (that's probably high - I don't know what's good for that)
Carbs 1g
Protein 22g

I think we got 4 servings out of it. My DH and mother loved it. I'm hoarding the leftover piece for myself for tomorrow - they can go get Burger King emoticon emoticon
