Because I usually track my Spark stuff in the morning (evening computer keeps me awake) I've decided to include the previous day's accomplishments on this thread. So this time yesterday's accomplishment is that I went walking for 10 minutes, which I haven't done in a long time :)

Today, I have tried the exercise of the day, 8 minute lower body blast with stability ball. I have been trying to do the exercise of the day every day if I am able. I have already done my morning crunches and lunges, with only my evening crunches left to do. emoticon emoticon Deb

Yep, I liked it. I am still sore today, so I am guessing that it was effective. This morning I've done stability ball crunches - two sets - and am getting ready to try the "fat blasting" video that is today's exercise of the day. We'll see how that goes. I am really trying to ramp up my exercise routine to see if I can't blast through this plateau that I've hit. Lately the exercise of the day choices have been great. emoticon Deb

I don't know how I lost this thread, but somehow I did. I am proud of myself for getting in an hour walk today and using my stability ball for some strength training. I see that all are doing really well. emoticon Deb

You go girl! nice work! I wish I could shovel but it's not cold enough yet!

I'm proud that since the begining of the week I managed to keep the house clean. It took me a while to find a rythmn but I think I got it! Im also proud of the amount of home cooking I've been doing. Now there is always at least 2 different meals in the fridge and I made soup again yesterday.

I'm also proud of having done 1000 minutes of fitness so far in the month.

Today I remembered to take my vitamins after neglecting them for a long time... and yesterday I cleaned a whole bunch of snow, the wet heavy kind, off my balcony and my car. And it felt good :)

Grandefille - you should be proud! That is an awesome achievement given your health issues.
Ribknit - Welcome back! Good on you for starting over - it isn't easy, but it so worth doing! And I'm in the same boat - been gone a long time and restarting, once again.
As for me, it's been ages since I posted on these boards because some of my own health issues have limited my screen time severely. But I'm glad to see folks are doing so well. And I'm proud to be getting back on track with this stuff.

I a proud that I will achieve 1000 minutes of fitness easily this month.

I still have about 3 weeks before radiation therapy starts. I don't know what I will be able to do when I am in therapy. Yeah I had breast cancer. got surgery aug 31st. Now it is time for radiation

Today I am proud of getting back on Sparkpeople again after not caring about it for a while. I still don't feel like myself, but am starting to become interested in life again. Sparkpeople is all-around good for me, but I find it very hard to access a computer when away from home (it's complicated to explain). Anyway, I *want* to be here and that's half the battle.
