There are two options regarding committment - your either IN or your OUT. There is no such thing as life in-between.

A person who wants something will find a way..
A person who doesn't will find an excuse...

Hi,
All this time for MONTHS I have been feeling guilty for feeling SAD. Finally I am coming out of it.
I have a renewed zest for life and getting back into my calorie counting.
I realize WHY I was so SAD - laid off, loss of people I THOUGHT were friends, new job lower pay, just things - THINGS that are not important. It was an adjustment period and although it is still hard it is NO LONGER draining the life and energy out of me.
I'm getting back on the horse and I feel really good about it. It's like no one can touch me when I am in control of MY food, exercise, LIFE!
Today I saw what some of my bosses make for salary and it didn't really bother me. I do hope I'll do better (pay wise) in the future based on their opportunities with this company. Right now I'm the new guy and I'm at the bottom of the salary scale (which has been very hard for me to digest but I'm doing better with acceptance). I've always stressed $$ to express my own value to myself. I guess I'm FINALLY coming off the high horse and happy with having the pony.
