A huge salad for lunch ready for the list?
red leaf lettuce
swiss chard
celery
diakon
carrot
parsley
radish
cucumber
chicken breast
goat cheese
walnuts
olive oil
lemon juice
green onions
alfalfa sprouts
Soooo Delish!

My breakfast smoothie had
pear, spinach, whey powder, blueberries, flax seeds and coconut milk.

Dinner homemade soup
leftover red snapper,chicken broth, onions, garlic, frozen vegetable stir fry mix, green lentils, buckwheat noodles, black pepper, dried rosemary and oregano, oyster sauce.

Wow I did well. But I ate some things I shouldn't as well: 3 oatmeal raisin cookies, quarter of a bag of barbeque potato chips, a glass of white wine, and homemade strawberry rhubarb pie. So I caved today, tomorrow I won't.
