I only do the video once per day.. I am on week 1 day 7 today. I love it so far. I do include other exercise into my day so this is just an added bonus. Today I am going to do the day 7 video and picking 3 others from the list of 10min videos.. I also walked for 40 mins.. so I am calling that a good day!

This is my fourth day of doing the boot camp videos. I have just done them once as I do other exercise. Today, I just finished 90 minutes of line dancing. These videos stretch my exercise routines in new directions.

Today was day 2. I'm proud of myself to have just done one set. My goal is to get into the habit of daily exercise within 28 days. Baby steps to change - onward!

The first week, I only attempted one set, but now that I'm on my 2nd week, I am going to manage to do two sets... today was day one, and it felt great!

I challenge myself to complete them twice and attempt to add an additional one later on in the day when the up and down events of life permits. I have been pretty good at getting an additional round in 2 to 3 times a week.

Just did the first video and it was tougher than I thought. Running is a bit easier but it proves joining is the thing for me right now.

I will work up to two times since that's almost to 20 minutes of exercise.

I just started the challenge as well.. today I did the video twice... and I did some of my trampoline...and will do some yoga and maybe a walk later on...smiles.. Im getting there.. trying to reach 1,000 fitness minutes for the month..so far I have 779.. hopefully I can reach my goal..smiles..

I'm still in Week 1, and I'm only doing the videos once. I plan on doing them twice through starting Week 2 so I can get more benefits.

If you are needing to do the videos multiple times, you may want to consider increasing the weight that you are lifting.

From what I've read on here a lot of people do them more than once during the day. For me, once is enough at this point in my program, tho there have been days I've done two because I didn't do the one for the day before.

I guess it must depend on how fit you are. I found that once a day was enough this week (just completed week 2), with the bonus video twice, the walking and the other cardio I do on my trampoline and aerobic step. I might do it more than once if I didn't have other exercises going on alongside the Bootcamp Challenge. :-)

Also, I'm pretty new to this kind of workout, so I'm building up slowly. I would imagine that someone quite fit might want to do it more than once.

Just wondering how many times everyone does the 10 minute workout video? I am finding that I have to do it a few times to get any effects from it (meaning a little stiff the next day). Anyone else the same?
