I did the 8 minutes upper body work out video emoticon

I started a month ago , but I didn't go nowhere.
Why? I am finding everything I do tiresome and very difficult. I am trying to continue and get somewhere with my fight for a better life. My health has been going down in the last 5 years. I am 73 and recently I am experiencing quite a bit of pain with this injury of a sciatic nerve. Of course that has nothing to do with my continued to eat things are not beneficial for me. I believe depression is the cause of wanting more sweets, is my weakne

No workout today...I ended up with using a DVD instead. I cannot get the 10 minute cardio kickboxing video to load and didn't see any instructions. Anyone else having issues with this?

Hi all! I am new to this team! I just started the workouts with Nicole today and did three of her 10 minute workouts. They really pushed me and i feel great! I did the 10 minute ab workout, jumpstart cardio workout, and jumprope cardio workout. :-) totalling 478 calories burned today so far! Yeah!

For sure! I really enjoy Nicole's workouts. She doesn't take the Godzilla on steroids approach but it really burns and I think she is just terrific!

I'm on day 4 of bootcamp. I missed yesterday so today I did day 3 and 4 of bootcamp. I really like the videos so far. They are a great way to get me back into exercise without killing me. emoticon

Today is the start of week two on the 28 Day boot camp challenge. I plan to do each ten minute segment 3 times. Last week I only did it once. Now I know what to expect and I am ready to gear up a notch. I also do the 6 minute but blasting workout daily. emoticon

Last night I did the 5-min Lower Body Workout with resistance bands. 2 sets. Don't let the shortness of it fool you - I feel it in my legs today. I found it unique that the intensity can be varied by your choice of bands and how you hold the bands. Lots of versatility.
