1 1/2 hours!!!
Dance 2 = 1 hour with my daughter and dance 1 = a 1/2 hour with hubby!

Good morning!! Here's today's challenge:

Today lets do some cardio fun!! Put on the music and dance, dance, dance!! Dancing is heart pumping, fat blasting and fun, but more than all that it is mood boosting. Have the winter blues?? Dance them blues away!!!
