Sorry this is so late!!! I was out of town over the weekend and didn't get back until late afternoon yesterday!!

Here is today's challenge:

~~30 Wall push-ups
~~20 Tricep extensions
~~20 Bicep curls

Tomorrow's challenge will be more inventive, I promise!! LOL
