Now Valerie, it's your fault that my son and his friend think I'm crazy for dancing around the house, okay? emoticon

I danced to:
1. Black-Eyed Peas, "Let's Get It Started"
2. Red Hot Chili Peppers, "Give It Away"
3. Flashdance, "What a Feeling"

I danced 12 minutes and burned 75 calories! I should do that every day! It feels great and burns more calories than my walking and running!

(It's weird that two of the bands I listened to were the names of food...maybe I'm hungry! emoticon )

So you think you can dance????

You're right, you can!! Let's get up and move, move, move to some groovy tunes!! Here's your challenge:

Put on some music, 3 of your favorite songs and dance from beginning to end. Then track however many minutes it took you to get through three songs and see how many calories you burned! Last part of the challenge is to come back to the thread and instead of just putting goal met, reply with how many calories you burned!!
