Sorry today's challenge is up so late. I had an early morning doctor's appointment and I am just now getting to spark!!

Today's challenge:

Find three strength exercises that you have never tried and try them out. Then post here what you tried! If you have tried all of spark's strength exercises then choose three you know how to do and do 10 more reps than you usually do!!
