I am glad you all liked this challenge and the info!! I love to stretch. It helps wake me up in the morning and I feel energized and then at night it helps me relax!

Good morning!!

For most of us, me included, Sunday is usually my break day from workouts. So for the daily fitness challenge today lets just do some stretching. Here are some good articles and guides on stretching:
