I just couldn't get myself to do that 10 extra minutes today. Is that a bad sign for the year?? emoticon My body is worn out from the walk this morning, so I'm letting it rest.

The cardio kicking class instructor had a special class to kick off the new year - did that and was it a workout! Also spend several hours putting Christmas away and cleaning up. Not sure I will get another 10 minutes in.

exercise slipped away during holidays, but I challenged myself to minimum 20 minuteso on my elliptical and did it. It was hard, but I did it. I haven't yet figured out how to watch my computer and exercise to one of the online routines. We just got a new tv and I think thre is a way to do that. I need to talk to DH to see how.

I couldn't do everything she did but I kept moving the whole time. I also did Day 1 of the 28 day boot camp and walked for 15 min. all before 11:00

As the Healthy Habits team I think we should all be working toward living an action lifestyle, that's why we are here right? And I am sure that most of us have an exercise plan or routine already. But this is just to give us an extra little boost, a few minutes more and a way to burn a few more calories. And for those who haven't yet gotten into the habit of exercising daily, this will create a habit of doing something physical everyday.

I will post a new challenge daily and then just check in with a goal met emoticon or tell us how you did.

Today's challenge~~~

Get a jumpstart on 2011 by doing this Coach Nicole Jump Start cardio workout. Its only about 10 minutes long, but it will get your heart pumping. If you already have a cardio routine for today, I challenge you to go an extra 10 minutes.
