My 2011 goals are:

1. Drink 10 glasses of water 6-7 days per week
2. 5 freggies per day
3. 10,000 steps per day 5-7 days per week
4. Strength / resistance 3-4 times per week
5. Journal 6-7 times per week

Here are my top 3 goals for healthy habits for 2011:

1. Run/Walk four 5k's and one 8k during the year (last year I did three 5ks). My first is on January 1!

2. Start bike riding again...for the first time in...almost 25 years...

3. Go hiking at least once a month.

Looks like you all have some great goals in the new year!! Here are my healthy habit goals:

1. Finally get off ALL soda.
2. Drink 12 glasses of water per day, everyday.
3. Eat at least 6 freggies per day.
4. Exercise daily, following a plan.
5. Limit red meat intake to 2 servings per week.
6. Take meds EVERYDAY.
7. Be consistent!!

1. at least 5 servings of fruits and veggies a day
2. 8-10 glasses of water every day
3- exercise daily
4-not to stress over the little things
5-write a gratitude journal everyday

1. I am going to post a gratitude blog everyday
2. I will lose the last 83lbs. This is not unrealistic.
3. I will have my knee replaced so I can move my leg better when exercising

I know its Christmas week. Not a week when most people are thinking about healthy habits, but since on this team that is our goal, what better time to start thinking about the New Year. I want us to kick off the New Year with a BANG! So what is your top three healthy habit goals (no more) for 2011? Maybe it concerns exercise, or a certain food habit or maybe it is to quit smoking or take your meds everyday.

I will post mine one day this week. I just wanted to get this started now and come January 1st we will have some new challenges!! I am excited for 2011 and I hope you are too!!
