Sloppy Joe Tator Tot Casserole!

Lean ground beef cooked, add sloppy joe mix, (I add a bit of cooked rice as well, stretches it but you cant taste the rice) . Layer into casseolre dish on the bottom, add layer off tator tots, then put shredded cheese on top and bake for 30 ish min at 350!

Definitely a family favorite!

On a day off, make a BIG batch of meatballs (I usually do a 5 lb tube of ground beef. Add 2 eggs, oatmeal, 2 packs of dry onion soup mix, then pan fry until cooked through.) Then freeze the meatballs and use in easy spaghetti, or meatballs and gravy over egg noodles or mashed potatoes.

Chicken and Gravy in the crock pot - serve on rolls, bread as open faced sammiches, mashed potatoes, or rice! (There's 4 different meals right there!)

Tuna Mac - this is a cheat meal if I work a 12 hour shift and hubs is in charge of dinner. Make a box or two of regular mac n cheese. Add peas and tuna. Delish and super simple!

Garlic Chicken and Butter noodles - Cube chicken and sauté with garlic and diced onions in butter. Serve over butter noodles. Family favorite!
