Long hours at work creating exhaustion, making me want to eat more, and exercise less

loosing almost a quarter inch tween my tummy and my tush!!

I am training for a new position at work, hints the high stress/anxiety Although its still very active it's not as active as my old position so I need to reign my calories in

baby has been sick all week + family drama directed at us + that time of the month = emotional disaster

kept my eating in check, plus managed to get all my workouts in. The bike is better for my peace of mind then a brownie anyway

(1) What was your biggest challenge last week? Not working out. Other than heavy cleaning, no scheduled workouts.

one really bad mental day

Honestly I feel like I have so many
went riding on my bad day instead of eating
hiked about 7 miles yesterday
worked out consistently

Pushing myself more in EVERY workout. I seemed to choose the modified version a lot with some of my cardio :(

(2) What was your greatest accomplishment last week?
Working out EVERY single day! HUGE accomplishment for me :)

(3) What is this weeks goal for yourself and/or family?
My goal is to eat right every day and no cheating! Also to push myself that much harder in the workouts.

That is amazing! Good for you with such an awesome goal! You got this girl and keep pushing yourself! Great job on your chest press achievement! I really need to start working on my strength training...I'm luck to chest press our 1 year old lol. Sometimes is nice to just turn off the world and enjoy the simple things! Sending you positive thoughts and energy for the week!

1. I'm training for a Spartan Race and I feel that I'm in over my head. It's not until October, but I need to just focus and train.

2. I chest pressed 60 pounds!
