What I love to snack on is 1 teaspoon of Nutella on two pieces of toasted wheat bread topped with slices of banana. That is yummy!! I love, love, love Dannons Light and Fit yogurts. Mousse Temptations by Jell-O. Of course I like to eat frozen blueberries and strawberries. But the Nutella is by far my favorite.

I like to take a Granny Smith apple, a glass, covered cassarole dish, cut the apple in chunks, sprinkle with small amount of stevia & cinnamon, put on the lid and microwave for 3 minutes (you can also add some walnuts for omega 3's). Very tasty. I also use low fat cottage cheese as a base for salad dressings. Add your favorite spices or dip mix and blend it with a couple of tablespoons of water. Keeps for several days and very fresh. Try it with real ginger, lemon, and stevia. yum.

If you need a gluten free alternative for crackers Blue Diamond has these yummy nut and Rice crackers. They have almond, pecan, hazelnut, and almond with cheddar that I've seen. I like to put almond butter or nutella with them for a quick snack.

I am a huge fan of quaker rice cakes - two cakes is filling, low on calories and fat and they actually pack quite a bit of flavor

I have three that I usually go with 1(Pink Lady Apple (Delicious!) 2) hard boiled egg 3) 1oz of Baked Lays Chips. All three satisfy me and fit right in with my caloric allowance.

I love Trader Joe's Savory Thin Mini crackers with an ounce of goat cheese. You get 37 crackers in a serving, and they are gluten free. Nice flavor and crunch. The goat cheese adds a richness and a little bit of protein. So good! And right at 200 calories.

fruit sweetened yogurt (cherry vanilla) with oat bran, flax seed and pecans added to it. it is like having granola and yogurt but cheaper and less fat-no sugar.

When I really really want chocolate now I have 1 tablespoon grain sweetened chocolate chips (Sunspire) and 1oz of pecans (then I leave the kitchen for the night, lol). It really goes a long way to curb the sweet tooth.

Pop Secret 100 cal kettle corn. Just the right size bag of popcorn for a snack with a touch of sweetness.

I'm an ice cream nut as well, and substitute by having a cup of fat free cottage cheese with 1/2 cup frozen cherries and a TB of slivered almonds. Delicious!

I love the edy's slow churned icecream. I buy vanilla and give myself half a serving and then fill the rest of the bowl with frozen fruit and fat-free whipped cream. That way it looks and feels like i'm eating more icecream than I really am and I get a serving of fruit in with my dessert

I love apple bananas. I got interested them after reading the book "Banana: The Fate of the Fruit That Changed the World" and now I can hardly bear to eat a Cavendish banana.
