It is getting cold again!!! Brrr . . . not nearly as cold as winter, but when warm spring is what you want, 30 degrees feels so cold! It doesn't motivate me! LOL! but . . .
I pulled myself up by the bootstraps and did two bootcamps today, 60 minutes of cardio, strength training and I'm working on the QFC.

I've been remiss in posting and will try to do better. However, I enjoy the challenges and try to keep up with them. Like the positive self talk. 6 fruits and veggies, I don't meet every day but did today. And I did get in 129 minutes of walking in vsrious forms today, part of which are my walks around the block on a beautiful spring day.

I have been doing 50-60 minutes of cardio 5-6 times per week. I'm doing strength training with The Firm videos (has a a cardio component too). Monitoring sodium has been interesting and challenging.
I've been journaling as a stress reliever. I believe it is making a difference. emoticon

I also got back on track with eating, water and journaling, despite a ribs dinner last night (ate a little bit of the meat and a lot of veggies).
