SP links to your Fitbit account, What tracker you have doesn't make a difference. As long as your new tracker is linked to the account linked to SO you are ready to go

I don't remember having to do anything when I got a replacement Surge.

I am wondering if anyone knows whether or not I need to do anything special to make sure the fitbit replacement received is syncing to Spark People?

I went to the Connect Devices/Apps page
www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/c
onnect-yo
ur-device.asp

and I have noticed two buttons next to Fitbit Trackers ... Reauthorize & Disconnect.

Do I need to select one of these buttons or not? Anyone know?

Thanks for any guidance. It is appreciated. I could not find any information in the technical section related to activity trackers. I don't want to lose the data from my previous fitbit.

UPDATE: Well, I may be speaking too soon. However, it does appear that there was nothing special that I needed to do. It appears that the replacement tracker is communicating with Spark People.

I did go through the setup process for the new tracker on the fitbit app. That appears to have been enough.
