I have done over 330 min. of transplanting trees, hiking and walking today. I am ready to pass out from being dead tired.

Doing the weekly house-cleaning today from top to bottom and front to back!!! At least 2 hours of non-stop cleaning fun!!

I went to the gym to do solo cardio but my PT had free time and decided to work me out....
30 min treadmill 30% incline 3.5mph
35 min stairclimber interval hill training
#0 min all over body workout with focus on core....OUCH!

I have worked hard in my yard for the past 2 days. I did go to the gym on Tues but not yesterday. I scrubbed down my deck and all my patio furniture. I also weeded the backyard and cleaned out the flower beds.

Yesterday it rained so I was a complete bum with my hubz...however I did do some heavy labor housework on Saturday.
Today I did 30 min on the treadmill at 30% incline and 30 min on the stairclimber after I did 40 min of an allover workout with lunges, squats, core and weights....

Just got back from the gym...originally had a 45 minute run scheduled for today (I'm following the one-hour runner program) but because my "graduation" run was scheduled the day before my next 5k I decided to bump up my times so that I could do my one hour run a week early. So left for the gym planning a 47 minute run...got to 47 minutes and I was feeling good so decided to push it to 50 minutes! I can't believe I can't believe that just 3 1/2 months ago I could barely run for 60 second and I just ran for 3.5 miles without stopping.

I only made it to the gym once this week but I have rode my bike 2 days for 4.5 miles and walked 2 days for 3.5 miles.
Today will be a day of rest and whatever around the house. Tomorrow I will go biking again.

Today I worked my upper body with weights.... 3 sets of 15 with 10-30lbs. Then I did 45 min cardio between stairclimber and elliptical.

I just got done moving the furniture in the living room, dining room and kitchen, vacuumed and mopped all that.... it has to be worth something right?

I finally got outside and walked my map route. Wow, I could feel the difference from walking on the treadmill. I'm going to do this route on the weekends, it was a great workout. I did 2.83 miles in 40 min with the first 2 miles uphill. emoticon

Still sick and getting frustrated. I really want to go to the gym but it is rude to go coughing all over the place? Plan b was to walk in the neighborhood but it's raining:( I guess I'll try the videos on the SP site.

so far a cardio powerwalking dvd for 50 min...but DH bought me a treadmill for my birthday so i'll hopefully be long in some time on that today! emoticon
