I had my GI warn again aspirin right away. Told me if anything, to take Tylenol

I was taking aspirin everyday for pain until I went to a Lunch and Learn and found out people with IBD shouldn't take NSAIDS. I stopped the NSAIDS and saw marked improvement. Much less pain and improvement in skin conditions, bloating, and gastric distress in general. Talk to your doctor about it.

On the front page today. A study has suggested a link between aspirin and Crohn's.

As we know these kinds of NSAIDs can cause stomach + small bowel inflammation, and should be avoided with Crohn's, but it being a factor in triggering the disease is an interesting one!!

Any thoughts?
