On Oct. 27 I stopped eating sugar to get my blood sugar down. It worked within 12 days my BS went from 250/300's range to 100/120's range and it's holding.

I have 2 cups of Turmeric Tea when I first get up (I make a batch from scratch, it last 2 weeks).
I call it my medicine, It's great for inflammation among other things.

My Brunch at about 10 or 11 AM
2 Fried eggs, in coconut oil.
3 Strips of Bacon. cooked on parchment paper on broil.
A green smoothie,
made with 2 cups of kale, 5 sprigs of parsley, 3/4 cup blueberries, water, ice and, stevia (to taste). More medicine!

I stay full until Dinner at about 7 PM.

Eat at Whataburger I had lce tea no sugar and a Cinnamon roll.

This was a really confusing morning. Left the house without eating breakfast. My Huber driver has a baby, a son and is pregnant. Life is great having little ones around. I am tired now. I need a nap. Lily
