You can mash them. They are good in stews instead of potatoes. You can roast them. They are really good when paired with parsnips.

Good Morning.

I am looking for ideas for turnips. My farm share has had turnips 3 weeks in a row. Other than slicing them thin and putting them in salads I don't know what to do with them.

I used to cut the little buggers into chunks and slow cook them w/ pork but I am staying away from adding extra meat fat to my veggies so I am open for suggestions.

Radishes I pickle but pickled turnips just don't seem quite right.
