well we have mastered the pop in a brown bag popcorn. No oil but use the spray after for some flavor. It does kill the urge to snack mid morning.

I used to love popcorn but don't eat it as much anymore as I used to.

I relied on popcorn for a number of years, but burned out on it and now I gravitate toward fruit or Laughing Cow cheese.

I think popcorn is a good snack as long as you use the butter spray and don't load it with salt. Check out the nutrition tracker and enter everything you put on it. It is roughage that our body needs. I have heard it is a good snack.

Good luck with your findings.

How do you feel about popcorn as a hunger stopping snack? I pop mine in a paper lunch bag in the microwave and spritz the end result with a butter flavored spritz. Lightly sprinkle salt on it. I do have to watch my carbs being pre-diabetic. quarter cup of kernels pops to about 5 cups popped corn. Any opinions?
