Well, it varies depending on the seasons - in the Summer my mandoline was my best friend for thinly slicing all my garden veg for salads.

Now that Autumn is upon us my Moule food mill is my savior; I've been cooking down batches of my Roma tomatoes into sauce every weekend for the last few weeks and it's awesome for taking out alot of the seeds and leftover skins.

Mandolin slicer. I use it to thinly slice veggies for my wraps.

Never quit dreaming.

I love my micro plane and use it all the time. I grate small amount of Parmesan cheese with it as well as garlic and even use it to grate fresh nutmeg.

www.ebay.com/bhp/kitchamajig

I have several, and gave them as stocking stuffers to all my DIL's some years back. They hadn't heard of them either.

Several. I use my Wustof 8" chef knife, my silicone spatulas, and I still use my old Kitchamajigs every day.

I love my microplaner. Grates garlic and is a great lemon zester. I use it almost every day. I also love a good sharp knife.
