Coming to the end of our season veggies so I am enjoyed squash, tomatoes, eggplant, peaches and fresh tomatoes. Hubby has not even ask for a lot of eat this week. He is enjoying our last real bounty of veggie

going to a big birthday party and she is serving ? So depending on what her menu is we will either have omelets or broasted chicken.

I am taking a break today. Did a lobster dinner Thursday, linguini with chorizo and clams Friday, and yesterday stuffed clams and curried cod with lemongrass, lime and ginger with Bok Choy. We went clamming Friday and Saturday so the clams were about as fresh as you could get. Tonight chicken on the grill with leftover potato salad and cole slaw from the lobster dinner.

So far this morning I have a pot of homemade beef barley soup cooking on the stove, my baked peach & blueberry oatmeal made for the week, a pork tenderloin marinating for dinner and the kitchen all cleaned up. All this by 1000am this morning.
