i did the 11- minute chair cardio--I have a 4-day{5-day?) streak going yea!

Lets get into this. 10 minutes of exercise is alot for some of us rehab type people .. Do one minute of chair exercise. 10 times today. the guess what... 10 minutes done. I just did 60 more seconds of chair jacks
