I have walked the complete cul-da-sac a few times but a dog attacked me last week and I am leary now. It did not bite but did really scare me.

Pesky dog interfered with my walk today. The neighbor had the gate open and the dog was unleashed so I did not attempt the hill down to the main street but stated up closer to home.

I came back from my trip and found I am walking more than when I left! I walked the whole cul-da-sac this evening without stopping. I could not do that when I left for the states. emoticon

any exercises that you can consistently do are the way to go.
if any ever leave you in pain on a subsequent day, give those a rest and ease back into them again, slowly.

Start slow. A lot of people do too much at the start and then quit because it is too much. Your body will let you know when it is time to do more.

If you can only exercise for ten minutes as you start this journey then that is fine. As your body gets stronger you will find you can do more. Do not over due so you are too tired or sore to do anything the next day. It may take you a few weeks to do more but it will happen.

do as much or as little as is possible for you no point in ending up exhausted & unable to function listen to your body those who make these exercises are fitness experts so may not be able to fathom how we the less fit can do them

I'm excited about trying to start doing the exercises in the chair, and I've done the cardio one 2 days in a row, but I end up sweating a lot and exhausted after just that one and don't have energy to do the others. I really want to lose weight. Is doing just 1 video enough or should I try to do all 3? Thanks.
