I use the same link as Arabigal to get my calories burned. I have a tracker on my gazelle, but it's crazy. It really overestimates on me. So, when I'm done, I just jump on and check the link and manually track it on sp.

I did my first gazelle workout today. This is going to be taking the place of running for me and I was anxious to see how it compared....I did 3 miles in 38 minutes adding some resistance along the way...calorie burn was a little higher than my runs normally according to the gazelle....I have noticed several people asking about calorie burn...on average they sya you burn 100 calories per mile regardless of how you get the mile, I would think adding the upper body workout to it, the calorie counter on the gazelle is pretty close depending on body weight...most of those things are based on a 150 pound body weight so add a little if you weight mroe and reduce some if youw eight less....anyway...I did the first workout, may do another this evening...I love the fact I can watch TV, talk, or just be quiet if I want with the gazelle...the treadmill made so much noise I couldn't hear the TV...I really may lov e this thing!
