Got my exercise in by walking outside for a mile or two. Also danced to my CD's for an half hour to an hour. Did some kind of exercise daily.

IF I make it to work tomorrow...my big accomplishment will have been to go to work every day this week. Today was a rough day however I did get through it. One day at a time...as I say all the time.

Well the week is just beginning but can I make a prediction?? LOL. I'm going to say my success this week was getting an interview for my dream job :-) I put out resumes last week and this just feels like it could be the week. Oh! And getting my personal trainer certification in the mail. Look at that, going to be a great week for me ;-)

No weight lose this week, but on the bright side none gained. However I did lose some inches since starting now much but every little bit counts.

I survived caring for 2 boys while their Mommy and Daddy were at the hospital for baby sister's birth! :)
Didn't do normal exercises but wonder how many calories I burned?

I didn't eat the best but still made some better choices than I could have! :)

Mommy, Daddy and baby are home! Whew!! :)

I've got some pretty big, potentially life-changing stuff going on and all I want to do is run and hide because change is scary. Instead, I'm making myself get through this uncomfortable stage because I know once I get to the other side of it, things will be better than great!

The zipper on my spring jacket broke and when I went to my closet a smaller jacket fit - I haven't worn it years! So glad now that I kept those old clothes.

Today at the grocery store I placed 6 - 4 lb sacks of sugar next to each other to get a visual of the amount of weight I have lost! Picking up those 6 bags at once gave me a solid impression of what I have lost!!

I ate mostly fruits, vegetables or nuts when hungry. Tried to stick to whole clean foods. I ate a little more than usual so I didn't lose anything more last week. But I did lose 1.6 lbs in February even with some pretty big challenges and I hope to do a little better in March.

I weighed 155.8 on Saturday morning! It happened mainly because I missed lunch on Friday due to work obligations. However, seeing that number on the scale made me realize that 155 is officially obtainable! The more smart choices I make, the closer I get. Also, two of my roommates realized how slim I am starting to look. Now I can't wait for my mom to see me this weekend!
