I will go for a 20-minute walk after a mindful dinner.
Today, I got the hot water heater,which was dripping
water, repaired. The regulator needed to be replaced.
I finally found the bag, full of pop can tops, that
can be donated, towards the purchase of a wheelchair,
for a disabled child. I hope that I will see the lady
who is collecting. She will be so happy !

Thanks today I did 20,147 steps. Made a healthy breakfast and lunch, Did my QFC and Bootcamp and pieced together two sockmonkies. Now I am working on my third one.

I went to Assiniboine Park, where I got some
walking done !
We also went to the Zoo, which was free !
There was some entertainment, some short
speeches, and some Birthday Cake !

First thing I did was a 10 jump start Bootcamp video, 1 set of ab crunches for my QFC challenges, got in 5400 step in my first walk and spark.
This afternoon a repeat of this morning,doing dishes, finish up on my knitting project a bunny. Then a healthy dinner followed by one more set or two of QFC and a walk. Better get started afternoon's is flying by.
