Remember the 21 Day Fix--a set of workout dvds from BeachBody? It came with a set of colored portion containers. I need to go back to using them.

I have a set of plastic rings in different colors and sizes from Portionmate. In the past they have helped me control portion sizes. I need to start using them again. If you want more info. I wrote a blog about it a while back.

I make chili and freeze it in portions.

emoticon What helps you be mindful of portion sizes?

emoticon I use smaller dishes. When I make a big batch of something like chili - I store the extras in serving size containers.
