I don't have Starz, but I was able to see the first two episodes of "Pillars" online for free; like you, I liked the book better, but I would like to see the whole series one day. I am hoping it will be available on DVD.

Mom2acat, is Best Friends Forever good. I was planning on finding that the next time I went to the library.
I just finished Heart of the Matter. I've read 2 of Emily Giffen's books and like her style, realistic and uplifting.

I love that book! I have the movie too; it took me a long time to find it; apparently it's hard to find in the US; I found a copy on Ebay that was shipped from Korea.

To Say Nothing of the Dog by Connie Willis. Time Travel in England with odd twists everywhere. It is confusing to get started but it is worth it. It gives the the same problems the main character has and has you worrying about him the whole time.

Angelic by Kelley Armstrong is a novella that is actually part of the women of the otherworld series which continues the story line about Eve. A Lady of the West by Linda Howard is a western written as a romance for women that men could manage to stomach. To much sex but that is the time. Just finished Reaping the Whirlwind by Rosey Dow which is an inspirational book that is a mystery combine with and in the historical period of the Scopes Evolution trial.

I'm still trying to tackle Storm Front by Jim butcher. It's a good book but it's like my heart is not into reading right now but I try to get a chapter or two read before I go to bed at night.

Glad you remembered this week. I am reading the second of the Girl Trilogy by Stieg Larrson. I am about half way through and if I didn't know there was another book to read, I would think she was in deep trouble and about to be killed.
