So great to hear that you've been able to cut back on the processed sugar--I've been trying to do the same and it's not easy!! I'm not a big meat eater so I wouldn't miss eating meat at all, but my hubby does like his meat for dinner. I kinda like the idea Dr. Travis brought up of having a "Meatless Monday". Easy enough to do and I'm sure my hubby would be okay with it. But super congrats on your lowering your sugar and processed food intake!! Fantastic!!!

I'm a massive sugar addict. After my latest anxiety filled episode, I am eating far less than I used to. I'm planning to ask for a nutritionist referral and work on deciding if I want to give up meat or just eat it sporadically like I am right now. I've pretty much given up my fancy sugary coffees as the caffeine makes me anxious, so I guess I should thank my mental health for getting me off most of my sugar and processed foods. emoticon

Mine is processed sugar!!! What a difference on how I feel if I have avoided it for a few days--so much better!!!! Have more energy & more!! I try to eat organic produce as much as possible and I love my Morning Organic Spinach/Kale smoothies! Two large handfuls of the Organic Spinach/Kale mix, 1/4 C. cold water and a bit of organic fruit--and into my personal-size blender they go! Perfect breakfast and way to start the day!!! Now....about that processed sugar.....hmmm! It's like in just about everything it seems-which is another reason I'm a big time label reader!

Check out this great video!!! It's going to be surprising to alot of us of what we actually do eat and how it may be harming our bodies more than we think!

And, as the drs. said, we may not like to hear about what some of those foods are--and why they are not healthy--but for our overall health, it may be time to check out the healthier options available.

Also, as this husband and wife team are dry eye specialists, and another reason I never miss their weekly health videos as I have dry eye, lupus, etc., they do mention their new book which goes more into healthy eating, exercises and more--all to help fight off inflammation which can be the cause of so many health issues and disease. Their main goal is to share health info with those who can benefit by it, as they say in the video, and, personally, they have helped me immensely which is the reason I'm sharing it with the Team!

So, please watch the entire video, and please share which foods do you eat that are on the unhealthy food list!
