is the explanation from the official website, but it seems quite complicated, so for me a bullet journal is really a concise list of daily goals, with dots for when I do them, circles for days off, and crosses when I don't succeed. I am finding it helpful to remind me to do things and to look back and see how I've done.

I started this today and also put a app on my phone to track some habits. I haven't done my planner book yet. I'm trying to figure out some things....More on that later emoticon

Thanks for sharing this but I am keeping track of things with my bullet journal and reassessing weekly. Adding things in, taking things out ,changing things up. It makes it easier to see how well I am doing at my goals - or not as the case may be.

Today I will start an online free study. www.LivingbyDesign.org

It is called Word30CHALLENGE

Its to " develop our spiritual taste buds for fulfillment in life sustaining " things. Sometimes" the noise of the world can drown out Go's voice " They tell you what this challenge is and what it is not. They invite you to curb 1 or 2 habits for 30 days, and make rom for, what you choice.


You design this. So if you want to do whatever for 3 days of the week. You have a contract and say, Ifor example. I will remove ot limit some and such . I will know I've done this when such and such. You have the option ( only ) to reward or have some consequence. There are bible study tools and4 reading plans.

2. gratitude
3. family
4. Psalms
I5. Isaish
