Thanks for the thoughts. Ironically it was the exercise bike that I accidentally hit as I turned in the crowded room that doubles as a guest room.

It really is better now. I'm able to put slippers on with light socks, which I couldn't do before. So at least the open toe shoe won't keep me frozen when I go out!

Too old for that on a regular basis. Depending on which aches and pains I'm feeling, I'm usually limited to the exercise bike. However, with an injury to a foot, I'm more like a couch potato now. I will get back to it BEFORE spring!

Really need to do more strength training, upper body.
