Made my goal for the days of May so far:

5/01=11,022 steps, 184 minutes of exercise
5/02=15,942 steps, 221 minutes of exercise

Can't do 10,000 steps a day due to back issues but will bump up from 5000 to 5500 a day. I swim 7 hrs a week which should make up for the reduced steps.
Recovering from diverticulitis but will get back on this in a week or so.

Not sure I can do this - my knee needs replacement and I'm pretty sedentary, but will try to get some "extra" exercise each day!!!
