Motivation is an important thing. It is necessary to read many books about motivation. I wrote reviews on some books about motivation that I checked here - uk.papersowl.com/ . This is an excellent site that offers checking papers.

Hi BMET24, My suggestion would be to buy some fruit, raw veggies and unsalted nuts. When you get home immediately divide the fruit ( 1/2 to 1 cup Grapes, fresh Cherries, pineapple or some dried fruit) Bananas Oranges and Apples don't need zippy bags, and veggies ( 1/2 to 1 cup bag - baby carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, or snap peas), Nuts ( 1/4 cup bags roasted almonds, pecans or walnuts) into small zippy bags. Try not to eat more than one 1/4 cup bag of nuts in a day. When you want a snack grab a healthy one instead of the bag of chios. Good luck! T

I know exactly what you mean. Or i'll do really good for a couple of days then turn around and blow it! I'm not really sure what would help you. for some people a visual aide is what works best (in my case I have a 40's Style pin-up girl on my fridge door with a saying that I found on someone's blog "Discipline is doing what you don't want to do when you don't want to do it). it's a big reminder to not always go in the fridge! It sometimes works for me... but my bigger motivation (I did it for 2 whole weeks too) was that I made a little facebook group with 2 other friends, 1 from spark, 1 not. and it's a private group so NOONE can see what we write except the other 2 people in the group. and When I'm feeling really crappy or really really want to do something bad. I log into there and start typing away. and then those two friends will come back and write and help me along to get over that hump.

Maybe some of these ideas would help you too. Good luck!
