I also love tomatoes, mostly in a salad or cottage cheese.

Nothing tastes better to me than a fresh tomato from the garden. Like Nancy, I also love asparagus drizzled with a good olive oil and roasted or grilled

I just love a big salad. Lettace, spinach, cucumbers, onions, peppers, radishes and tomatoes.

I like a lot of them too, but I'm also on an asparagus kick... like you, Nancy, roasted with a bit of olive oil but I also add minced garlic.

What is your favorite and how do you fix it.

Asparagus and I drizzle olive oil and put some herbs/spices and then roast in the oven. I leave it a little crunchy.
