Hi all.
I havent worked out in 9 months (YIKES). And my recently job just moved to a new location and there is a GYM here. So I figured I might as well get back into working out and take advantage of the gym here (FREE and 24/7 access)..
Checked it out last week and started doing cardio, using the treadmill. This week I have gone twice a day (15 mins, each time) and use the treadmill. I just get it up to a speed that I can walk fast too which is 3.0 tops. And I mess with the inclines as well so I get a better workout.
Each day my distance has increased and Im feeling really good.

My goal is to lose weight and maybe work up to running.
