Yesterday (last night) I did the treamill for 60 minutes at a rate of 4.0 to 5.0. The machine calculated 4.19 miles. My steps totaled 8103 for the duration of the 60 mins. My total steps yesterday were 15,458 - YES YES YES. Thank you all for the inspiration to get going. Tonight is the Shadow walk/run For the Fallen.

Hi, I just joined the group. In the past I have detested the treadmill and would only walk outside which of course could be very limiting. Several weeks ago, my gym buddy and I started walking on the treadmill three times a week for 30 minutes each. Now we both like it because we see the calorie burn. And you can make it interesting by increasing or decreasing speed and incline. Walk on!!

Hi all, I just joined this group today and only joined Spark 3 days ago...I have a very hard time motivating myself so perhaps if I join this group I will actually get on that treadmill and get some exercise...I will stop by to post daily on if I am making it or not or if I need someone to give me a kick...good luck everyone...

Walked 2 miles with 10750 steps then the pedometer started over, maybe I hit it in error. I looked at it showing 580 I took it off. I didn't want to wear it anymore for today.
