Wow, lots of great ideas. I am having a party this weekend and thought about buying a couple of bottles of alcohol-free wine, has anyone tried this? What did you think?

I like a tonic with a big squeeze of lime or lemon. I buy the diet tonic so not only does it give me that "fix" but it essentially has no calories.

Like KESANA, I like sparkling water...I make my own at home in a 5 gallon keg and some Co2; it's great and free plus I don't add salt like the one you can buy.
Cheers emoticon

Club Soda with lime works for me too (I have this lime 'addiction' lately lol).

I also like the Garden Cocktail Vegetable Juice and you can serve it up like a Ceasar, with a stick of Celery in a fancy glass.

I also enjoy a variety of the Green Teas they now have out. I've never been a coffee drinker but do enjoy the flavoured green teas such as "Blueberry" or Mango-PassionFruit Acai

If I'm in a bar and don't want any alcohol, I order a club soda with lime. It has no calories, but the fizziness/carbonation makes drinking it seem a little more fun than having regular water. I also sometimes get it w/a splash of cranberry juice to make it a little more festive.

Herbal tea and a piece of dark chocolate.

I heard dark chocolate is so good for us, and that with a delicious fruity tea like raspberry or peach makes a nice treat. It doesn't replace the nice buzz, though.

These are all really good ideas. I think using a fancy drinking glass can make anything seem like more of a treat.

I like sparkling mineral water in a champagne glass (maybe with a drop or 2 of lemon juice).

Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy, and taste good with ketchup.

Sandy,
Isn't grape juice very high in calories?
I love it but have never seen a light version.

I usually just have 4 ounces of light cranberry (20 calories) with a diet sprite or 7up, slice of lime, lots of ice, in a nice glass.
Actually, one soda is enough for 2 drinks.
I also really like club soda with a slice of lime, which many bartenders don't charge for.
I also love (believe it or not) diet orange soda on a hot summer day (remember those?) when you want to guzzle something down.
