Thanks Michelle - You know what I have that already at home bought that a while back but when I took it.....it gave me a terrible headache. I wonder if I was taking it at the wrong time or it just does not work on me or something. I will do some research on that and see if others have had that issue as well. Thanks for checking for me though!

Cheryl i will watch the tummy part agn n get the meal plan n supplement needed to conbat it. Im sure it is cla they said min of 1000mg..ive been taking it for 5 days in 2000 mg that i gound at walmart..i took it yrs ago when i was losing n i felt it helped..n im seeing a difference already im sure the running is helpingvto tone me as well.

Happy Tuesday Ladies,

Hope you all had a productive Tuesday. Last night me and the hubby started a new challenge at home we are gonna hit the elliptical for 15 - 20 minutes each day and then work up from there until we reach 40 miutes or more by the end of the 6 weeks. We are also incorporating weight training as well and I am still doing my abs challenge for myself.
Michelle - I saw the Dr. Oz commercial and missed setting my DVR for the show I was so mad but thanks for taking notes as that was one episode I didn't want to miss. I would like to know about what he mentioned about tummy weight as I really am trying to aim at that this year and get my flat tummy back that I had for many years. That is one thing I truly miss so I am doing any and everything to work the core this year as that is key to winning this battle it you can get your core in order everything else will fall into place.
Tee - Sounds like you did great at the DB party you attended...So did I...I went for all the good stuff as I was tired from helping to cook anyway and I really didn't want to stuff myself on bad foods I am not going to allow myself to go there again. I want to take charge of what I eat and I plan to keep on my mission I know if I want to look fly this summer then I gotta put in the work and I am going to buckle down and do it!
Molly - One weekend of bad eating will not throw you off track too much just dive back in to your workouts this week and it will be alright...remember when you eat something that you know you shouldn't just double-up on your workouts the next week and it will even out. You can do this you have come this far so this is nothing you got this!
Well ladies..I am gonna get back to work..I am also gonna keep challenging myself each week with some type of new exercise or something because I do not want to get bored and the more I keep busy the better my heath will become. So if you all have any other challenges you want to throw out there bring it on! I'm in it to win it! Be Blessed ladies and have a fantastic day!

Happy Monday!

I hope everyone had a great super bowl weekend...I sure did! I went to a super bowl party and YES...I DRANK, but only added back on 0.6 on the scale, so I'm cool with that. Today is a new day and a new start. Let's be motivated and on point this entire week. We should all strive to lose 1-2 lbs by the end of the week.....who wants to make this happen with me???

I'm doing whatever it takes to lose BIG in Feb, so I hope my team is right with me! We can only make this happen if we watch our portions, workout, and drink lots of water!!!

Happy Sunday every one. Me I am spending it at work trying to catch up as I took 2.5 day to attend family matter.
As it involved long driving that means not enough exercise in there and poor food choices. Have to work on that seriously.

TGIF!!!!

I hope everyone had a great and successful week! I'm happy that I'm still on point and I haven't let bad foods mess me up. I have been tracking my WW pts and I'm feeling good about the choices I have made. We are in training today at work, and we had a break so I decided I better log in to post because I know how my Friday's are when I get home.

This struggle is hard for us all, but I know that each and everyone one of us has what it takes to be successfull!!! We have to believe that we are worthy of a healthy and fit body, and all it takes is for us to not let food be our enemy! We got this ladies, so lets DO IT!!!

I'm going to workout extra hard this weekend, and I to see posts for each and everyone one of you during SUPER BOWL WEEKEND!!!! I know there will be lots of food and drinks this weekend, but remember....MIND OVER MATTER!!!

Hey Ladies,

Happy Friday!! Hope everyone is doing well. I am on my game but TOM is here and is trying to drag me down but I won't let it!! I am gonna do all I can to beat it and have a positive and productive day and even try to get in at least two workouts today. Hey Chelle- Heard about the bad weather out in CO our newscasters mentioned they calling for 20 inches of show there..WOW!!! .That sound like it's gonna be an all weekend event ...stay warm and be safe!!! We get a lot of ice and snow here in VA in the winter months as well and trust me I know how bad the weather can change in a matter of hours so just ejnoy the snow but stay warm. I am so glad you are keeping at it lady you are really showing us what leadership is all about we are very proud of you and look up to you!
Tee - Hope you are doing well and on it today...You still have the firah and that is amazing...I am doing my best to keep it too but I will make it because the race is not given to the swift but to those who can endure! I will endure.

hey ladies...JUST LEFT THE GYM....BOY, I HAVE PUT IN SOME WORK IN THE LAST TWO DAYS..IM STILL FIGHTING TO GET OUT THE 190S....I BE DARN IF I AM STAYING THERE. YESTERDAY I HAD A TASTE FOR A PHILLY CHEESESTEAK WITH CHICKEN INSTEAD OF STEAK..SO I MADE MY OWN HEALTHY VERSION...IT WAS UNDER 250 CALS..I BOUGHT TYSON GRILLED AND READY CHICKEN BREAST STRIPS, SARA LEE THIN STYLE BUNS, FAT FREE MOZZARELLA, LOW CAL MAYO, GRILLED ONIONS, RED AND GREEN PEPPERS AND HAD A HONEYCRISP APPLE WITH IT...YUMMY THAT WILL BE LUNCH TODAY AS WELL...DINNER WILL BE A GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD.

Happy Thursday Ladies

Hope you are doing well...we had had a lot of server issues this week but finally it's back on today...everything was running slow and I could not get online for some reason but whatever the issue was it seems to be working okay today. I am back on it ladies and I began my Feb Ab Challange for myself yesterday and so far so good. I will be back on it today but will also include some lower body strength training as well as I need to work on my legs as well too!
Chelle - I see you over there girl and I am not mad at you..Go ahead and get them two workouts in..I so wish I had the time to do that each day but I have to commute in the morning so I have to do my workouts in the evening. But as soon as the weather warms up I will be back doing my walks as well as my workouts again. It was nice the last two days but it's raining here today in VA and the weather is suposed to get cold again so we will see how it plays out! Anyhoo I am still ready to comtinue to get fine by the summer time!
Tee - Sounds like you been doing your thing too lady and I'm glad youa re feeling good if there is any thing that can motivate me it's a nice beautiful day that will really get you going!
Molly - hope all is well and that you are staying consistant. Make sure you let us know what's going on so we all can keep one another on track.

It's Thinking Thursday!!

What are you ladies thinking about today???? I'm thinking of ways to get fit and fine by Summer!!! I had a very good evening and I'm looking forward to another positive day. I hope everyone got in their workout and ate healthy on yesterday...I sure did!

Chelle...way to go on the 2 workouts!! I hate to workout without music too, so I know how you were feeling. I may be able to go to the gym today after work, but I won't know until later this afternoon. If I can't make it, I'll just workout later at home. It's been really nice here in Ga too!! This nice weather gets me in the right mindset for Summer!!

Cheryl & Molly where you ladies at? Any ideas or suggestions for a Feb challenge? I'm hoping to make this month my most successful month ever!!!

Happy Feb 1st!!!

I hope everyone had a great evening, and ready for a positive Wed!! I'm feeling really good and I'm positive about the changes that I'm making. I didn't meet my goal on the scale, but I'm not stressed about it. I'm doing what it takes to make changes, so I'll just wait for the scale to catch up!

My days have been so busy that I get home and I don't post. I can't keep doing that!!! I have to make time during the day to post, so my goal for Feb is to not miss any days (Mon-Fri)....even if I'm just posting something quick and simple! We have to get ready for Summer, so we all need to stay on point with both posting and keeping our team upbeat and positive!!! I really want to challenge the team to workout 3-4 days, post at least 4 days, and to bring a motivational or positive saying to the group each week!

Hey ladies...i am happy to see u all staying focused. Yest i started week 6 of c25k...i was able to run 8 mins straight..i cant believe it. The scale was up this morning, but I aint trippin. My clothes are fitting loose and I'm physically stronger. Still hoping to see 189 by thursday.

Twn that is a great goal to reach for. You can do it!

Tee that is too funny. My class reunion is in june. I'm hoping to be in the 150s r 140s by then.

Almost end of Monday and I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and today was not bad as well.
Took Saturday off other than doing the January Jump start exercises. Too much running around with chores.
Yesterday I got in 5 miles with Leslie and Day 6 of January challenge. I am going to focus on reducing my waist instead on focusing on the scale number. I need to go below 35 inches so I can reduce the risk of diabetes. So evening bread snacking has to go and un measured nuts too. I have to be serious about toning exercises. This will be my February challenge to have wait line of 33 in ( lose 2 inches).
Hope TEE that your laptop is behaving.

Happy Monday!!

I'm truly sorry for not posting last week. I have been so swamped at work, and for whatever strange reason my laptop computer is acting funny at home. I could have slapped myself this morning, because I could have just logged in from my desktop computer but I'm so use to using my laptop that I didn't think about it. I won't have any more excuses for not posting because I see that when I post I'm more focused. I'm still doing good, but I know I could have done a little better (especially over the weekend).

I have NOT read the posts below, because I wanted to make sure that I got a post in before I left work. I will read below when I get home so I can know how you ladies have been doing.

Chelle...I know your still on fire, so GET IT GIRL!!!! My class reunion is keeping me focused. It's in Oct and I know I can be FINE AS WINE by then, so I'm on top of it!!!!!

Cheryl...I hope everyone in your family is feeling better (including yourself) and I hope that your still doing your thang!!!

Feb is almost here....let's start a new challenge to keep us all motivated!

Good Morning Ladies!

Happy Thursday to you!! Lets make this a Thigh Busting Thursday and get them squats in!! Gotta work on the buttocks today so they can be right and tight for the summer months! LOL Hope you ladies had a pleasant evening yesterday as I sure did...have a slight bit of back pain before bed last night but it wasn't nothing I couldn't deal with I think it may have been the way I was laying or something when I was watching TV but I will be alright. Today I feel pretty good though so I am gonna focus on what exercises I need to to this evening. For sure it's gonna be squats even though they burn I gotta start doing them more to get my legs strengthened for when I start working on the Jeannette Jenkins Sexy Abs DVD when I find it. No luck yesterday at the one store I went to but I am gonna go out and search another place today at lunch time and see if I can locate it as I want to get started on this on Feb 1 for a challenge for myself...if you ladies want to join in with me feel free and you don't have to do it each day its up to you. Or if you have another challenge in mind let me know and I can do both at the same time. It could be fun! emoticon
Michelle - I can feel the excitement in your reply about feeling good again...I tell you when you get to that level of fitness there is nothing like it the world and it makes you feel like you can conquer anything. I will get to that point and I can't wait. My Lil brother works out religiously every day and I am gonna contact him today to see if he can give me a good workout schedule that is effective as he knows what works and does not work for the body. I so wish he lived near me so we could work out together as I know he would keep me motivated and he would make sure I worked out each day!

TWN - Hope you are doing well today and are finally seeing the results you want. If not don't give up it will happen soon just keep working out.

Tee - How did your workout go yesterday...hope you are still doing your thing and on the grind...just keep remembering this is our year and that will keep you motivated. I pulled out a dress that I want to get into this summer and put it in the front of the closet and that is my motivation. By the time the Jazz Fest comes I will be in that dress so I got 5 months to accomplish that and I plan to...That is my motivation. Well ladies let me get some work done I have to leave early today to take my little one back to the doctor for a follow-up appt. Have a great day and BE BLESSED!

Hello Ladies,

Back again to check in on everyone. Chelle - Doesn't it feel good to start the day off right lady...happy for you that you are training for a marathon...I would really love to do that some day may aim for that goal next year as that is something I really want to accomplish in my lifetime.
TWNOMWE - Thanks so much much and my daughter is doing much better and is back at school. Think there was some bug going around but it seems to be out of her system finally which I am happy about. So glad you have joined in on a challenge as those are really good for our bodies so we don't get used to doing one thing all the time. I keep missing the BL but will be sure to set my DVR tonight to start taping them each week so I don't keep missing out..I really love that show. Well I just returned from a meeting and need to get some things wrapped up so I will be in touch tomorrow. Have a wonderful evening and God Bless!

Hello ladies,
Glad to see that you are well and pushing on. I pray that you daughter is well again Cheryl.
I have been exercising . walking and doing the January jump start challenge daily. We are almost done with 5% winter challenge. The weight however is very much refusing to go faster enough. Just 1 lb down last week. I am hoping and working for better results this week.
Did any of you watch the BL last night? It was good as they showed that one does not always need a gym to lose wt even though the the team that had access to gym won on wt loss no one on the black Team gained weight so we can create workout activities without going to the gym.
Take care ladies and keep believing and doing what ever you need to reclaim your health.

WHAT A HAPPY HUMP DAY FOR ME...SINCE IT IS MY DAY OFF, I HIT THE GYM AT 8 THIS MORNING...I DID 70 MINS OF CARDIO,WHILE I WAS ON THE TREADMILL ALL I WAS THINKING WAS "WATCH ME SHRINK" ANDI ALSO DID 50 MINS OF WEIGHTLIFTING...HAD A HEALTHY BREAKFAST THAT CONSISTED OF WHOLE WHEAT TORTILLA, 2 SERVINGS OF EGG BEATERS WITH FAT FREE CHEESE AND FRESH SALSA...YUMMY....LUNCH WILL BE GRILLED SALMON AND A SERVING OF WHOLE WHEAT SPAGHETTI...AND DINNER WILL BE GRILLED SALMON ON A BED OF SPINACH...CHERYL I AM SO COMMITTED TO MYSELF, HEALTH, AND PHYSICAL APPEARANCE..I WANT TO RUN THAT 5K AT LESS THAN 175 LBS...SO, MY GOAL IS TO BE DOWN 17 LBS BY MARCH 30TH SINCE THE RUN IS MARCH 31...

Happy Hump Day Ladies!!

Hope you all are doing well. Did a little bit of working out yesterday buw think I am gonna head outside today to push it a little more as today is suposed to be nice out and a little warmer. I am seriously can't wait until Spring I am so tired of all this cold weather...I am ready to get outside and get my walk on again. Will be scoping the stores today to see if they have the Jeanette Jenkins Sexy Abs DVD if I can't locate it then I will be ordering it from Collage Videos as they have EVERYTHING you could ask for on there and I do mean EVERYTHING. Any kind of workout you looking for they got it and there prices are not to shabby either I might add. So check them out if you get a chance. Today I plan to get in some kettlebells and also some ab work as I am really trying to make that my mission this year to get the abs tight and right! The Core is the key so that is what I want to focus on more this year and get that right so I am eliminate a lot of the backpain I was having last year...I want it gone and if strenghing the core is the key then I am in it to win it!
Chelle- I am loving the way you are staying so focused this year and also determined. This is your year too lady we are gonna do this! I am going all out this year as I want to be real fly by the time I go to the Jazz Festival this summer and trust and beleive I am gonna be! BTW - My liitle one is doing good and back at school today...Think she must of eaten somthing that didn't agree with her tummy. Thanks for asking I appreciate it!

Happy Tuesday Ladies,

Hope you all had a pleasant Monday evening. I am doing well...I didn't workout last night because my daughter got sick again. She was up hald the night vomiting and I didn't get much sleep. She was feeling better today but is out of school on Teachers Work day so she is with the grandparents. They will make sure she is okay while I am here at work so I know she will be fine. Hate seeing my baby like that...It is the worse thing in the world to see my lillte one sick. Even though I skipped working out last night I will be back on it tonight as I don't have rehersal and I am happy about that. I am also planning to order the Jeanette Jenkins Sexy Abs...She has a new DVD out with Kelly Rowland and I heard its the truth. And they have a challenge going on right now so i think I am gonna jump on that. Saw Kelly talking about it on Twitter and it sounds like something I am trying to jump on so when I get the DVD I will let you know how it is...you can get a sneek peak on Collage Videos website. It looks tough but I like ab workouts and if I can get the abs they got then I'm in!!
Tee - Glad to here you are still doing your thing you sound like you are on a mission and that is awesome and beleive you that is how I feel as well this is gonna be my year so whatever I gotta do I'm gonna do it.
Michelle - Keep doing what your doing and as long as you are consistant the way you have been you don't have to worry the weight will come off. You know what it is your body needs and you know just want to do to get you where you need to be I am still trying to figure out what works the best..but you better beleive once I find out I will make sure I do it and continue to make it happen to finally get this weight off. And thanks for the sodium tip I will definately keep that in mind...I already drink a lot of water as it is but if I need to drink more to level it out then thats what I will do. Glad to see everyone posted and that everyone still has fire under them!

Chelle...don't beat yoursefl up for eating a few bad items. Your still doing good and even if you don't meet your goal by your deadline, keep the fire burning and you will get there. I'm determined to see 250 or less by 2/1/2012, so I'm doing WHATEVER I need to do to make it happen.

Cheryl....glad to hear that your feeling better. Keep pushin and soon you will see the results that your looking for. I'm doing what I need to do to shed this fat, because 2012 is my year!!!! My workouts with my hubby have slacked off. He is still doing his thang and I'm doing mine, but we haven't been working out together like we started off doing. Last night we said that we would get back focused on working out together, but tonight I did my own workout because he wasn't home when I started. At any rate...I'm gettin' it in...with or without him!!!

Good Morning Ladies,

Hope you all had a good weeknd. I did but didn't eat great yesterday after church the fam went to a chinese resturant and I did okay had more geen brean than anything but that food is so high in sodium and that is the last thing I need right now. I didn't over due it but I could tell later on that it affected me as my knee swole up again which hadn't happend for a long while now and I know it was because of the soduim in that food but I will flush myself out today with tons of water so maybe I can get back on track. I really need to pay more attention to that though cause it certainly does take a toll on you later on. I did get in some workouts and I am feeling 100% better after my bout with bronchitus...That certainly was not fun at all and I pray your women to get that it was awful being sick like that for 10 days. Anway that is behind me so I am moving forward and doing what I need to do to get this weight off.

Des - It was such a wonderful surprise to see your post...Hope all is well and that you are doing okay we miss you on here and please come back we are still doing our thing trying to meet our goals it would be nice to hear how things are going with you.

Michelle - Glad you made it back safely from your travels and geting back in the gym first thing always puts things back into perspective for you. I knew you would get back to where you were you have a lot of dertemination and drive so I know if anyone can meet there goals its you. Continue to keep pushing.

Tee - Hope you are doing well. Hey have you see any progress lately and how are things going with the workouts with your hubby. Make sure you stick to that men do a good job at helping you stay focused when you work out with them.

HELLO LADIES, SO GLAD TO BE HOME..I SWEAR I TRIED TO STICK TO A HEALTHY EATING PLAN WHILE OUT OF TOWN..IT'S HARDER THAN I THOUGHT...SO WITH THAT NOTE...I KICKED BUTT AT THE GYM TODAY....I FEEL AS IF I AM WHERE I LEFT OFF WITH MY FITNESS LEVEL AT THE END OF SEPT..SO IT ONLY TOOK ME 3 WEEKS TO GET BACK TO WHERE I LEFT AT..I CAN'T WAIT TO EXCEED WHERE I LEFT OFF..IM SO HYPE...I HOPE THAT U ALL HAD A BETTER WEEKEND THAN I DID..WELL, MY VACATION IS OVER AND BACK TO WORK FOR ME TOMORROW..THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT I AM OFF WED AND THURS :) IM USING THE CROCKPOT TODAY...TODAY'S DINNER AND LUNCH AND DINNER FOR THE NEXT TWO DAYS WILL BE SWEET POTATO CHICKEN STEW..I HAVEN'T MADE THAT SINCE LAST YR..IT'S ONLY A 248.9 CALORIE MEAL..SO HEALTHY HEALTHY HEALTY I AM THINKING...

Hey ladies...the service was great...ive ate my booty off on the corn n greenbeans..had fried chick, taste of mac, mostacelli, peach cobbler n caramel cake. The gd news is I did make it to the gym..i leave tomorrow..thank God..enjoy the weekend ladies..hugs

Happy Friday Ladies,

Hope you all are doing well...Still fighting a little bit of broncitus but I am getting better and have been working out most of the week. Plan to go to my niece's BB game tonight both of my nieces are on opposite teams and they play tonight so that should be fun haven't been to a high school game since my older son got out of school. Tomorrow I am just gonna workout and relax and clean up around the house we are expecting a big ice and snow storm starting tonight so I plan not to be out in that mess. Glad its starting tonight instead of during rush hour today cause had that been the case I would be outta here! Bump that it is not fun driving in ice...been there done that!
Tee- Glad to see you are being consistant with checking in and I am sure you will do fine at the dinner party just chose the good foods and you will be fine. And its funny you mention a colonic..I have thought about doing that myself because I know I am backed up and that probably would do wonders for me..LOL Let me know how that turns out I may have to investigate that and see where I can go around my way to have that done. They say it is good to have one of those every year.
Michelle- Hoping you are doing well and just know we all are praying for you and your family..Keep your head up lady and check in when you get back.

TGIF!!!

I hope everyone is feeling well and ready for a great weekend!! I've been ready for the weekend since the week started!! No real plans for the weekend, just staying focused with both diet and exercise. I do have a dinner party to attend tomorrow, but I'm not stressing because the thought of being smaller by Summer is weighing heavy on my mind and I'm DETERMINED to make it happen...BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY!!!

My daughter and I are going to go get a colonic together and I hope that will help shed a few unwanted lbs! I had one a few years back and I lost 8 lbs, so I hope to lose close to that again,.

Cheryl...I hope your feeling well and that your doing whatever you have to do to get better!!!

Chelle...I know your dealing with the funeral, so just log in when you can and let us know how your doing.

Ok...I hope everyone has a great weekend! I'll make sure to log in to post and to see how everyone is doing.

Happy Thursday!!!

I hope everyone is doing well. Sorry that I haven't been committed to posting like I said I would be. I'm still doing my thang, but I'm just so busy at work and when I get home it's like a circus with my 1 year old. I have to get better use out of my time in the evenings, because each day seems to be more stressful than the last!

Cheryl....I hope that your feeling better and that the bronchitis hasn't got the best of you!!! I know your still determined to get fine and fit, but I hope that your health permits you to get in your workouts and your healthy eating.

Chelle...My thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time. Never question God's work....just trust and believe that He knows what he is doing!!! I know you will see 180 like you plan, so just keep doin' yo thang and it will happen! I'm going to push myself to see 249 by 2/1/2012. That is my goal and I'm DETERMINED to make it happen. TOM is still lingering around, but it should be gone by tomorrow. I'm going to a dinner party on Sat, but I'm not going to eat bad and I plan on drinking very little.

We need to get back to having weekly or monthly goals for ourselves. My first goal is to post daily...LOL! I'm sure next week will be even harder, because I'll be in training here at work, but I'm going to promise to do better.

Ok...let me get to work and I'll check back in before I leave today to see how everyone is doing.

Good Morning Ladies,

Hope you all are doing well. I am doing pretty good still have a little cough but I am hanging in there. Gonna hit the DVD hard this eveing so I can get back on track from being sick last week. I tell you whatever this bug is thats going around do your best to stay away from people with it cause it is NO JOKE and there are a lot of people sick out here with the same thing I had and now my hubby is coming down with something so I have been making soup and filling him up with plenty of vitamin C to keep him healthy. And to think I had a flu shot earlier this year! Shows how much that helps huh?! LOL Anyhoo! I hope you all are staying on track and doing what needs to be done. Remember we are not that far off from spring and it will be here before you know it so keep your eyes on the prize ladies! Michelle - My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family right now I know it is tough to lay a loved one to rest but rest assured she is in the loving arms of the lord now and she will suffer no more! Good Morning Ladies,

Sorry for being MIA but I ended up in the emergency room last Wednesday because I couldn't breath when I got home that evening and the bronchitus was making things even worse. When I got to the hospital the put me on oxegyn immediately because I was only breathing at 40% which is not good at all. Come to find out the steroids my doctor gave me did not help at all so they put me on a breathing machine 4 times a day plus I had to take antibiotics and then some other medication for the pain I was having from all tha coughing. I was so medicated up it wasn't even funny. But Glory be to God that I am feeling much better. I still have a little cough but it was not bad as before and I needed that week of rest it really helped me heal. I was in bed for a whole week the only time I got up was to take a bath and then get back in the bed. I do not like being dowm like that it is the worse! But I am back and in full effect this week. I didn't get to work out at all last week because I was too daggone weak but I am back on it and have a lot ot make up so don't count me out ladies its back on and poppin!

Michelle - I am so sorry to hear about your Aunt's passing....Just know that she is in the saviors arms and has been released from all pain and suffering in this life so rest assured that she is in a better place...and you will have an angel watching over you now. You are such a strong and amazing lady you really keep it together through it all and I so admire you for that. Congrats on the 5lb loss also lady!

Tee - Sorry I have been MIA lady and thanks for your prayers and good well wishes they certainly helped a lot..I tell you whatever that nasty bug is that's going around I pray you all do not get it cause so many people have been out sick around here with that and beleive me it was not fun at all. I hate being out of commission like that and not being able to do anything but I am back now so I will make up for all of the lost time. A whole week is a lot to make up and I plan to get to it!

Twnomwe - Hang in there lady we all will make it through this...if we continue to stay consistant and determinied we can accomplish anything we set our minds to.

Gd morning all..twnomwe u didu better than me when I was on the rd. I came hm n weighed 2 lbs..the gd news is im down 5 since returning friday. my time of the month is here now n thats prob a gd thing since I am hopping on the scale daily. This will keep me off.. Well, im bout to hit gym..i dont go back to,wk til monday, n I will be hitting the rd tomorrow headed to StLouis for my aunts funeral. Tomorrow will be,my rest day from working out, but fri n sat im at ballys while away. Ttyl

Sorry for not posting the last few days.
I was on the road and found hard to keep up but I walked and kept up with the January challenge. I hope every one is staying on track with all life's challenges.
I did not do well in the losing department, just dropped 1 lb so I have to work hard on staying away from bread snacks.

Happy MLK DAY!!!

I hope everyone is off work (although I'm not)!! I normally take this day off, but we are in training, so no one was allowed to take time off in Jan or Feb. I will still celebrate MLK in my own personal way.

I have to apologize for not posting the last few days. I have been so busy at work, and then when I get home I swear that the computer is the last thing on my mind. I just have to make it a habit to post when I'm tracking my food and water every morning so there will be no more excuses!!!!

Cheryl...I hope that your feeling better and that you don't have or didn't get pneumonia! I know steroids are harsh on the body, so I'm praying you didn't need to get any. I'm sure you are still focused and working hard to get to your goal, so keep that in mind...no matter what the doctor says!!!

Chelle...I'm so very sorry to hear about your aunt. I know it's hard to see a loved one pass, and especially if it could have been avoided. You and your family will be in my prayers!!! Thank you so much for the text over the weekend! I did good, and I WAS down another 2 lbs...however, TOM arrived yesterday and I'm up a couple this morning. I'm not sweating the weight gain from TOM, because I know I'm doing what I'm suppose to be doing and I'm FOCUSED!! I haven't been to the gym, but I am working out at home with hubby and staying on target. I had misplaced my walk away the lbs dvd, but I found it over the weekend. I'll start back walking this evening. I hope you enjoyed your vacation.

Ok ladies....we are half way through this month, so let's finish off with a BANG!!!
