Today I had a nice size breakfast.
1/2 cup grits
2 slices turkey bacon
1 slice Double fiber & wheat bread w/can't believe it ain't butter & 1 tsp strawberry preserves
1 egg

Even though such a big breakfast I didn't go over my calorie intake for the morning. I'll have a light lunch.

Faith is taking the first step even when you don't see the whole staircase
