Hey BBQs I see everyone is still hanging in here that's wonderful keep it going. Well for me I put on some birthday weight so I have to get back on track. My Church started a 90 Day Health Challenge and I will be participating in that. So I not only have my Queens encouraging me I'll also have church family.

Happy B-Day STILLOSIN

I am suffering with an abcess again. It has me with chills and fever in addition to the pain. I can't wait too see Dr. hopefully can be fit in tomorrow. No exercise since thursday and been eating within calories but not healthy meals though. Only eating one big meal since friday. Hope to be feeling better and more on track really soon.
