Glad to hear your back up at @LADYFITNE

Im doin alright been the same weight for just over 2 wks now, but also had a Miera IUD put in 15 days ago... and its caused major stresses.

However Im pushing through them!

I joined my first challenge its ends May 26th, its very exciting. And Im starting to check out blogs and read success stories, their all so amazing.

Yesterday I had to call out of work because of that strained muscle. It was a horrible feeling. A small setback. But thanks be to God I am a back at it. I will take it slow for the rest of the week. Just an encouragment every few week of streneous exercising calls for rest time for the body to recover. I'm following the P90X model but do my own routines in the gym and I am seeing results. Have a blessed day.

I am doin alright today. I'm feeling a lot of aches and pains today. This is my recovery/rest week so I have been doing lite exercises and stretches and I still pulled a muscle this morning. Even so I will keep moving forward. I have a goal to meet. I Pray for all of you who may be going through that God would strenghten you with might in your inner man today. Those with family, health, financial issues or whatever. His grace is sufficient.

I'm okay, but got to get on the good foot, kinda been stress and didn't know it, but with the help of my Lord and Saviour Jesus, i'm going to do better, not gonna give up on the fight

Checking in. Haven't been able to get in often. Miss being here. family is having a rough time after mother in laws death. I am still losing. Last check, I am down 120 lbs. Hope to continue. Keep us in prayer. Hopefully, things will calm down and I will get here more often.

Virgopeach I am glad to see that you have not given up. You are aware of where you are and where you want to be. So keep moving forward. Obstacles and set backs will come. Keep Moving forward. You have acknowledge who your body belongs to. So ask God the Father for the strength and grace to do what you need to do and to be consistent with it. I recommitted myself (once again) to losing weight and improving my overall health and well-being. As before, Iím struggling with exercise. Iíll remain consistent and steadfast for 2-3 weeks and after that I typically lose motivation and have less willpower. I absolutely understand that I canít successfully lose weight loss without exercise, yet I repeatedly hit this obstacle.

This past week has been a crazy week for me. But I will not let discouragement block me from my breakthrough....I'm getting my workout in and trying to eat right most of the time and I gained weight according to the scale. I just don't get it. Even if I go over on my calories it is not much and that was only twice. So Lord willing I will lower my salt and sugar intake and see what happens. I am going to try to get up an hour earlier this week and get in 30 min of at home exercises and still hit the gym and do my normal 5 days a week routine which includes Kickboxing, 2 Zumba classes, Pilates, and Walking for 60 min. For all thoses struggling keep moving forward and tweek your program if need be but never ever give up...

It's feeling harder now that I've pasted my 30 days mark *sigh* emoticon I'm feeling really tired but I've been going to bed earlier for about over a week now maybe even two but no change I think tonight I may actually get in bed to get my full 8 hrs and get up at a good time to excersize before my sons wakes *sigh*

Now that I've gotten that out.... Im feeling great this site and this Team BBQ is really helping me keep my weight loss goals at the for front of my mind .... more and more every day.

I'm actually thinking of throwing away some of the bad stuff I've had in my fridge and cupboards for a while (nothing rottening; sauces and cheeses emoticon )

I'm not doing good at all.... Only worked out 3 times last week from my promised 5-7 / wk and so far this week not at all .... The Easter wkend really threw me off my success way too much bun and bread and cheese smh in shame ... I did so well for a whole month.. Now even tho I know what I neeed to do to feel good again. its been a long time ladies. have been through so much dont know where to begin...long story short, ive lost weight according to my clothes but the scales havent been as kind as i would like. ive gone from 2-3x to xl-1x bottoms. im still 3x tops though. weight shifted and it was not intentional weight loss. the diabetes was the culprit but ive just tried to take over and do a whole lifestyle change. had gallbladder removed in oct and complications from that they had to go back in feb and so now its just like i had surgery for the first time. im now insulin dependent taking humalog 4-6xs daily and lantus at bedtime. when im not doing well, metabolism is slow but if im up and about- im hungry like every 2-3hours. they want me to eat 4-6 small meals a day vs 3. it makes me feel like im constantly eating. trying to incorporate more water and just overall better food choices. me having to count carbs keeps me aware of what im eating and more importantly whats not good for me. its been a huge adjustment but im doing pretty good. we thought i was type 2 initially but theyve changed me to type 1 b/c its affecting my immune system. im determined to control it vs it controlling me.

I am my own worst enemy and you don't need me interferring/doing your job. Please GOD, save me from myself!

Losing weight is a slow process, and it can be depressing when the scale doesn't move. I do strength training with my trainer 3 times a week, I do cardio 5 times a week, and I'm eating healthy but the scale is moving slow. My clothes are big on me but I want the scale to go down. I'm trying not to give up, but it is hard not to today.

I am doing OK... the scale shows the weight coming off very slowly but my clothes are saying I am loosing at a faster rate. I think I will go with the clothes. :)
