Only lost 0.4 pds. last week but down total of -5.4 pds. as I head into the start of Week 4. Going to try and get back on track and target -2.6 pds this week but I'd still be happy with at least -2 pds.

Hey Divas,

I've been doing good, but I have not been posting everyday as I should...have been busy interviewing for work.....yeaaaaaaaaaaaaa emoticon

I only lost 0.8 lbs last week, but I haven't gained and that's good......I am meeting all of my goals from caloric intake, to drinking water, to eating healthy meals, all snacks, and exercising emoticon ......I have even join the YMCA......didn't know they could financially help with the membership and enrollment fees......go figure emoticon

Anyhoo......only .80 cents will go in my sexy undie fund making it a grand total of $3.50 emoticon

Well my DIVAS, I am proud of the progress everyone is making and all of the weightloss combined thus far..........until tomorrow (hopefully)....."Keep it movin......Keep it Movin".... emoticon emoticon

Another 2lbs gone! Woohoo, anybody feelin' me up in here? That's what i'm talking bout baby...sexy undies here i come! V-day ain't gone catch me playing baby! Just had to let that out...LOL

Anyway, met ALL my goals this weekend, stayed focus and i'm feeling awesome this morning. Hit the gym real hard and had a great workout. Weighed in 2.5lbs lighter and i'm officially next door to onderland! emoticon

Hi Ladies, I am posting really late tonight. My two older children had basketball games tonight and I am their biggest cheer leader. Here are my results for the day:
Water = I drank 2 bottles of 24 ounces emoticon
3 meals emoticon
35 mins of cardio emoticon
Fruit emoticon

A few helpful things I have found:
emoticon Keeping a water bottle in my view has been very helpful

Winn Dixie makes platters of chopped fresh fruit. I have purchased one for my office and home. The family is enjoying the fresh fruit as well. emoticon

Let's keep this going. Thursday will be the tell all for me.

This is the first week of progress.....I have not posted my daily goals met for the past couple of days, but I have been meeting them.... emoticon

With all of the commotion with the doctors office and scales, I am proud to report that I lost 2.7lbs last week......so I put in my jar $2.70 cents towards my sexy panties emoticon

I am going to try and post my met goals on a daily basis (if I have the time), but be assured that they will be met even if I don't post them....I am drink-ing anywhere from 8 to 12 glasses of water per day and eating at least 3 or more fruit and veggies per day.......I'm making this work for me....sent my honey some pics w/ and w/o clothes on and he called and said "yummmmmmmmmmmmmmy--keep up the good work baby" and I just smiled and smiled.....he's out of the country at the moment.... emoticon ....but it's okay, I'll be prepared when he returns in February, 2011.

Anyhoo, just thought I would share.....and DIVAS.. with the weight loss..."keep it movin.....keep it movin"...... emoticon emoticon emoticon

I joined the challenge today!!!
Current weight is 286.
Thus far:
Cardio (treadmill 25 mins) emoticon
Cardio (elipitical 5 mins) (My true goal here is to do 30 mins per day) emoticon

Someone posted that they went over yesterday, I did too. So let's continue to work hard!!! We can make it. Yesterday was yesterday.

I'm staring the challenge today.

GW 140

My weigh in day is going to be on Fridays or should it be Saturday morning. Not sure of when weigh ins should be!!! SUGGESTIONS PLEASE!!!
