Just starting out,today the 22 of Sept.I was in denial with my diabetes.I have to track everything.Food,water,what types of exercise.I'm in it for LONG LIFE.It's 4:15am(work at night),I'll start later today around 8am,sleep till noon,exercise 1:30 to 3,eat again,nap from 5:30 to 8.Prepare for work at 10.

Hello BBQs... I haven't been consistent with my posts... I've been busy working most of my days off.. I haven't really tracked my meals or water intake, but I have watched what I'm eating... It's working because I am now down to 195.6... Hoooorrray... Out of the 200s. Thank God... I feel great... I've been doing weight training, but absolutely NO cardio.. I will try to get on track with that as well... Good Luck Ladies...

I accept the challenge! It's right in line with my personal goals so it's lovley that you all are joining me. LOL!
My starting weight on 9/3/10 was 201.5. On the 10th I was down 2+lbs to 199 even. emoticon
8 glass of water per day no problem emoticon
3 meals & 2 snacks within my calorie range and healthy as can be emoticon
Working out 3 times a week 30 minutes each time; not so much emoticon
Work in progress... better day tomorow

Travel is a mutha when you're trying to lose weight. Inadequate hotel gyms, broken dvd's...but I'm here! I managed not to gain weight while I was gone (thankfully), but didn't lose any either.

I did manage to write my letter and am looking forward to working out this evening. Official goal for 12/31 is 227, but I'm hoping for closer to 220. :)

I've been managing to get in 3 meals, but haven't always left enough WW points for snacks.

I've been averaging 4-6 glasses of water this week, mainly due to the fact that when I'm at work I don't have the time to get a drink more than oncea shift.

Getting back on track with my exercising.

Weighed myself to day and I'm down 3lbs woohoo

9/15, 16, 17 all goals met. Although I didn't do CARDIO today as I normally do I went to the gym and did circuit training to make up for it and did my ST routine.

Yesterday I met my food and water goals. Didn't go to the gym, but I worked out 2 hours on Wednesday so I"m good there.

I'm averaging about 1 pound a week so I'm going to aim to lose between 20 - 30lbs for the challenge. Don't wanna feel defeated with 1 pound a week, but will be excited for 2.

My start weight with this challenge was 211. I got on the scale this morning and I'm at 209!!! Aiming for at least 1 pound by next Friday, but will push to get 2.

I just ran into a cousin of mine that I haven't seen in a while and she told me that she almost didn't recognize me because of my weight loss and complimented me on how good I look.
