Remember it just takes one day at a time. Start tracking... start exercising. It may take a while, but if you are consistent and determined it will come off. (Then there is always Jillian Michael DVD's for toning : )

Slowly... I hadn't lost my pregnancy weight from my first when I got pregnant the second time around. In fact, my OB sent me to a nutritionist because of obesity during pregnancy. I ended up a little lighter than before I conceived the second time around (after the birth). Now, I am back to struggling.
